I use these to prevent my level helpdesk people from trying to use those ports.

"http://www.panduit.com/Support/Search/index.htm?D=psl-dcjb&Ntx=mode%20matchallpartial&Dx=mode%20matchallpartial&Ntk=All&Nty=1&R=PSL-DCJB&sid=1334A4153837&Ne=1&Ntt=psl-dcjb&Ns=P_ItemSortOrder&N=5000001
 3003548"

There nice because they require a tool to remove.

Only 1 port at a time and most likely the GBIC port has priority Some put old
cable ends in the ports( cut the cable off ) to prevent any confusion
