My apologies to anyone offended by my tone. It was more meant to be
tongue-in-cheek than it was to be accusatory, but it's a bit harder to
convey nuances of meaning through email.

I greatly appreciate the MBU team and all they have done for us, and all
they continue to do. I also appreciate the beta testers' many lost hours of
productivity and exposure to crashes and potential data loss in their
efforts to debug Entourage. Again, no offense was intended.
