States (or provinces), IF abbreviated as two letters, that is. If you want
to write out Connecticut, I'll leave it like that. Zips meaning foreign
postal codes that use letters. Countries I think probably _should_ be
capitalized, which means that USA will never be Usa, and CANADA might a well
be capitalized too, does no harm and catches the eye of postmen who might
otherwise think Canada was a suburb of Los Angeles or something.
