Not to throw in a monkey wrench, but having run a mailing list for a few
years, I have learned that the US Post Office prefers, if you are printing
out names and addresses, that EVERYTHING be in upper case! Of course,
writing a script to do that would be simple; no decisions to make, just
upcase everything.
