Done:

Title Case Addresses
E 1.2

Importing contacts into Entourage often results in undesirable formatting of names and addresses, making it useless for mail merges in Word, for example. This script will set all first names, last names, titles, job titles, company and department fields, as well as street addresses, city and postal codes of both Home and Work postal addresses to Title Case. Hyphenated words are also capitalized following the hyphen.

New in v1.2: Smart Capitals v.1.2 will capitalize letters after periods (such as in “P.O.”, “N.E.”), and words after carriage returns (in multi-line street addresses), and will lower-case little conjunctions and prepositions (“a”, “and’,”of”, etc.) which are not the first word of a line.

Suffix is set to Title Case if it contains periods (with capitals following any period: Ph.D., M.D.), or Upper Case if none (RN, MD). State is set to Title Case if it is longer than two characters (Connecticut, Quebec, N. Carolina,  N.C.) or to Upper Case if only two characters (NC, QC). Country is set to Upper Case to ensure that USA and UK never become Usa and Uk, meaning that Canada and France will always be CANADA and FRANCE.
