Cmd-R does a "reply" which can certainly be scripted. But, what do you intend to do with the Return? If I choose Reply and then type Return, I am just typing a blank line at the insertion point of my reply. The Cmd-S saves the message, of course. Is that all you want to do? Is the Return there simply to make the message modified, and therefore to make Save work, or what? This looks like a very easy script. Here's a starter, if I'm interpreting your intentions correctly.
tell application "Microsoft Entourage"
set theMsgs to the current messages
set theMsg to item 1 of theMsgs -- Reply just to one message
if class of theMsg is incoming message then
reply to theMsg attribution style short attribution with opening window and quote entire message
copy return to the selection
save the front window
else
display dialog "You can reply only to incoming messages."
end if
end tell
