Any Apple Scripters up to the challenge?

Anyone?  Anyone?  Bueller?

Can someone write an applescript that simply does the equivalent of the
following commands in Entourage:

COMMAND-R
RETURN (control-M?)
COMMAND-S

I could do it in KeyQuencer, but I'm not using that any more and would like
to move on to Applescripts, especially since they are nicely integrated into
Entourage.

Ideally, it would be mapped into a Control-Z keystroke (unless it could be
mapped to F12 as a single keystroke, or better yet, a button on the bar!).

This will save hours of time for me (spread over a few seconds every message
I use it on).
