Update:
I download & install HotSync 2.6.1. Then moved HotSync and the related files
into the 'Handheld Synchronization' folder in Office 2001. I was able to do
a partial Sync.
But not a complete one here is the log:

Sync type is Fast
Remote database 1 name is AddressDB
Remote database 2 name is DatebookDB
Remote database 3 name is MemoDB
Remote database 4 name is ToDoDB
This database on the handheld has become corrupted!

Entourage Conduit synchronization failed
"Entourage Conduit" failed (error = #16385)
Any thoughts on this one?
