That is correct. A fast sync only looks at and syncs records that are
marked as 'modified' on the handheld and erage. A slow sync, compares the
entire db, record by record. 'Fast' and 'slow' refer to the time it takes
to complete the sync, and has nothing to do with the transfer rate, ie 9600
vs 115000
