I believe that was it, I was not really doing a 'Hard reset'
Kristin, you said to leave the Palm .... At the root level of the hard disk.
When I did and moved the Entourage conduit into it and would try to open the
'Conduit settings' from the 'Hot Sync Manager' I would get an error. And to
maybe complicate matters more I have 7 partitions of my hard drive.
