It sounds like the Entourage conduit is at least being loaded now.
By the way you should let the Palm installer install the HotSynch files in
the default location, which is the Palm folder at the root of your hard
disk. But if it seems to be working with the files where you've moved them,
go ahead and leave them there for now.
Can you rename your Entourage identity to something else and then create a
new identity with the name that matches your Palm user? It would be good to
determine if there is a problem with your Entourage identity at this point.
