It sounds like you have the 2 Entourage conduit files and the backup conduit
in the Conduits folder without the other Palm conduits, which is what you
want. You have renamed the Entourage identity to match the Palm one. Just
make sure there is not a space at the end of the name and capitalization is
the same. You've allocated more memory to the HotSynch Manager, which
usually does the trick.
I know this sounds lame, but can you try restarting the computer and trying
it one more time?
Someone suggested re-installing the Palm software. Might as well try that as
well as removing and re-installing the 2 Entourage conduit files.
One other thing to try is moving the backup conduit to another folder,
resetting your Palm, and trying it again. You'll get the interruption error
(because the backup won't be created) but you can see if the Entourage
conduit got loaded in the verbose log.
Sorry I don't have any better suggestions for you.

Ok, I checked the Identity and true enough Entourage was 'Main User' so I
renamed to match the Palm and restarted. And I still get the above error.
Looking at 'Help' in Entourage (see below):
After you install the Entourage conduit, you can specify how you want to
synchronize data. For example, you can choose which synchronization method
you want to use, whether to synchronize handheld records marked as private,
and how you want to handle custom fields in contacts. To do so, start the
HotSync Manager, click Conduit Settings on the HotSync menu, and then
double-click Entourage Conduit in the list of conduits.
I get the same error when I click on 'Conduit Settings'
