It could be that your Administrator can set the default to a "company style"
and can remove the option from individuals to set certain defaults
themselves.  But check again, using that "map" (I used the Windows method,
but here's what I meant, in the way we usually write it out here. They're
menu items and dialog boxes.

Tools menu  --> Options --> Mail Format (3rd tab) --> Message Format:
(change popup to Plain Text)
