I am wondering if it is possible to somehow link the contacts in Entourage to an incoming phone call’s CallerID data. Ideally, the script or application would be triggered by an incoming call, check to see if there is a match in Entourage’s contact database, and if so display a dialog with the person’s name.
Obviously not a high-priority item, but something I am curious about nonetheless. Any ideas?

There is (or at least used to be) a product called YoYo from Big Island Software that did this. Unfortunately, it used its own phone book and could not link to another. Nevertheless, a very handy product.
