Thanks for the detailed response!

Based on Microsoft's description of "Advanced Rebuild", perhaps it should be
re-labeled "If All Else Fails Rebuild".  :-)

Seriously, if all the links are gone, this isn't a rebuild I would *ever*
want to do!
