"Entourage's Address Book" actually means "the Address Book of the current identity" since each identity has its own Address Book. Get it? Being able to access the Address Book allows you to do Mail Merge, use the Contact Toolbar, etc. in Word, for example. Those are important features. You could not have them if Entourage were able to switch identities with Word open: Word is using the current identity's Address Book. You'd have to forego that. It's a tradeoff. Just quit Word from the dock, saving documents (or not) when asked. they'll be waiting in the File menu when you reopen it after switching identities if you need them there. -- Paul Berkowitz -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
