It's currently for OS 9 (so it runs in Classic on X; and, yes, it is an application, although there is an associated AppleScript that is executed within Entourage), but I'm working on revamping it a bit to run in Mac OS X. I've not been in a big hurry to do that because of the enhanced options in Office X for working with the Address Book, but it seems that some 'features' are still needed.
