Let me make this clear - I'm pointing out that this is a problem under certain situations, i.e. Mailing lists, where people do NOT continually read all the mail, and generally respond by deleting unwanted mail (which will not remove the appointment). I personally don't care - it's Microsoft and the MacBU that this has a potential to blow up in their face. If you guys all take the attitude that "It's the user's fault", go right ahead. The large number of people on this list that ended up with this in their schedule should be proof enough that less sophisticated users are perfect victims of this exploit.
