For the record I currently use Entourage on a Ti book 800... However I will move to Mail.app as soon as it offers me the functionality I'm looking for.
Not surprisingly, I also use Retrospect for backups and recently there were many reports of folks having a hard time restoring their mail databases due to issues with Notifications. I for one have reservations about all my mail being stored in a proprietory database.
