That needs addressing.

You can have multiple identities, which amounts to the same thing. Just copy
your identity folder, change its name, and then purge old stuff from your
main identity. You can just sort by date, select a range, and delete. Yeah,
you have to do a folder at a time.

Or, you could use a script to do it. I already have a routine that would do
that, part of an archive script I use; let me know if you could use a
version that just selects by date and deletes from a list of folders
(without copying to a FileMaker archive).
