Many users do not know that the MLM is simply a user-friendly face for
Rules.
When you select the contextual Apply Rules > All Rules this includes the MLM
and Junk rule too.
The order of execution on Rules:
� Mailing List Manager
� Junk Mail Filter
� Rules (Rules higher in the list get applied first.)
