Have you tried just DISABLING the rules firs, before you delete them? Go to Rules, and uncheck all the boxes. Go to Mailing List Manager and uncheck all the boxes. See how it works. If mail now goes into the main Inbox, turn one rule on. Watch for mail. Then turn another rule on. Watch for mail. Eventually you'll see the mail misbehaving and you'll know which rule it is, Chances are it's doing exactly what you've told it, usually because you've misunderstood or done "ALL criteria' vs., "ANY criteria" wrong. Or, just possibly but unlikely, because the rule is corrupt and would have to be deleted and made again. Or, just possibly the Rules file is corrupt, also less likely.
