In addition to removing attachments it also will file incoming messages in various preassigned folders (or create them on the fly).
I have a variant I based on that script's predecessor, which JUST does what you want, removes and logs attached files. I named it " !MySaveAttachments\mo9", using the " !" to make it sort to the top of the script menu.
