Damn, you just can't get good help for free these days. My rate is $75/hour.
But I don't think you want to fly me to Australia to help you.

You can reformat your HD and install a fresh, clean OS for free to see if
that solves your problem, or else bring your machine to a service center and
pay them to fix it for you (perhaps you have a bizarre hardware-related
issue).  But your frustration with this list - a list intended to assist
users with simple software issues relating to an email client, is misplaced.
