Running it more than once is a waste of time. The routine will remove any
files on the first run.

If you have run the office removal tool this file (indeed, the whole folder)
will not exist.

If Office removal is not removing the parts described above it points to a
problem with file permissions, which could also explain the problems in
installing. Try to run 'repair permisssion' first, then run the removal tool
and re-install.
