(I didn't see this, sorry I didn't respond--)

Not really, they want us to use Lotus Notes as our email client.  The Lotus
Notes client is terrible, though, I've never met anyone who liked it
(although I have met a few who'd gotten so accustomed to it they didn't want
to switch -- PC users are in that boat a lot).

It took us a while, but we finally figured out how to connect to the email
servers with Entourage, and none of us have looked back.  IT and CSC don't
really care as long as we don't bug them with problems.
