Ent 2004 OS 10.3.7

Hello

I sent this earlier in the week and haven't seen a reply (hope I didn't miss
it). I would really love to find a solution. If this is not an Entourage
problem, but is due to something else, I hope someone could at least let me
know that so I know what else to do.

When I'm at work using DSL, the error doesn't happen. Happens only when I'm
at home using dial-up. Go to send mail and get:

Error: An operation on the server timed out. The server may be down,
overloaded, or there may be too much net traffic.
Explanation: Mail could not be sent. Account name: "RichardMail."

Yet using dial up I'm able to receive all mail.

Any explanation? Thank you.

Richard
