Quit Entourage and then try editing the memory allocation settings for Entourage. You can't do it while Entourage is running.One thing you might try (though it’s a long shot), is increasing the Preferred memory allocation for Entourage 2001: Navigate to the Entourage 2001 application in the Finder, select it and Get Info (Command> i). Go to the Memory pane and raise Entourage 2001’s Preferred memory by 10000K. Leave Minimum memory at the default.I’m almost embarrassed to respond to these questions because I’m like a bull in a china shop. I went to the memory pane but none of the numbers will all themselves to be changed. Must be doing something wrong.
