home and have more time, I will investigate the rest of your response and

    This did the trick.  Worked perfectly.  However, given what Scott and
others said, I'll not be sending anything other than chatty emails from
hotels until I figure out how to make the suggestions he/they made.

    Many thanks also to the other folks who replied.  Man, I really learned
a lot from posing that question and getting all those great responses.
