I'm perplexed. Just what are these users doing to cause them to "lose" their mail folder? Obviously they're moving or trashing it but why? What makes them move or trash it? Are they thinking I don't remember creating that so it must be something I don't need? Or because they don't recognize it, do they assume a virus created it or it's some sort of spyware?
