My brother travels around around the world quite a bit with his G4 laptop - running 10.3.9 and Entourage 2004 (don't think I have put latest update on yet). He is in Toronto at the moment on a cable connection and he can receive email no problem but cant send. Error 17897 saying Entourage doesn't support any of the authentication methods. For him to send email he has to have his own settings in 'SMTP sending options' - any ideas please what's causing the problem?
