I’m not sure what’s going on but it sounds like something happened to your database when it was in the shop. Did you by any chance make a backup of it? If so, switch it out for the current one. If not, try a Rebuild of the current database. If you don’t know how to find or rebuild your database, check this page: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/database/index.html>.

It I start typing an address in a new message, like if I type P Entourage comes up with the suggestions list ... all addresses starting with P. Which is fine.
However, in my address bok there are only a very few of my addresses - most of them are gone.
Why are the addresses in my address book gone (and where did they go and how can I get them back) if Entourage can show the addresses when I start a new mail.
Please help ... I miss my full address book.
