We currently use Entourage 11.2.5 with Exchange 2003SP2 on
WinServer2003SP1. Most of my Mac users (about 100) don't have any problems
with their Exchange hosted accounts. Those that do usually have issues with
storing too much mail on the server, having way too many nested folders
(you'd be amazed), or user error, nothing I would necessarily blame on
Entourage.

    We hade a few users try to use Apple Mail with our Exchange system (I
work in academia, and there is a strong anti-Microsoft sentiment among some
of my Mac using faculty). In my testing, Mail's support of Exchange was fine
for simple email tasks, nothing else. Worse, all communication with our
Exchange servers was in plain text. Big no-no. We may re-evaluate with 10.5,
but chances are unlikely that we will switch.

    Entourage is simply the best Exchange client out there in my opinion.
