Phil,

Just curious; have you also looked for solutions in the Entourage
newsgroup? There are more helpers there, and MBU members do read the
list...

microsoft.public.mac.office.entourage

Or, you can get there via Mactopia:
<http://www.microsoft.com/mac/support/newsgroups.asp?navindex=s12>

Also, have you checked out the repository of tips and troubleshooting
solutions on the MVP Entourage pages? <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/>

I'm not pretending Entourage is perfect, but I think there are far
more of us who find it works without a hitch than there are who have
problems...

Linda,

No rudeness intended, so please accept my apology.

I do not make the statements I made in a vacuum.
I have, many times in the past, posted those issues on the list, in the
hopes of getting a solution, usually to no avail.
I would eagerly assume it's just me, or my machine, but for the fact that
I've seen all of these problems on 3 different machines.

The one thing common is that my installation talks to an Exchange server
(over a very robust network, I might add), and I sense that many on this
list do not use an exchange server.

Again, my apologies. I meant to be funny, not rude.

Phil
