John - in Entourage 2004 under the Entourage menu, open the preferences and pick Fonts and you can set the font and size for incoming mail, whether HTML or plain. I changed my font for HTML to 24 and now HTML emails arrive in huge readable type.
Doesn't mean you have to SEND HTML email in order to see it in larger print. Once you set the font your outgoing mail will also be visible to you in large type without your normally-sighted recipient having to see it that way.
