Hi Cris, You can't manipulate the MRU directly, only indirectly. By that I mean that only usage will affect the MRU. To add an entry, you'd have to either add the address to your address book or send an email to it. To keep it in the MRU, you'd then have to use it frequently enough to keep it in the top 200.
And there's no way to prevent an address from being added, short of never using the address (and deleting it from your address book, if it's there). Sorry.
