Thanks Beth and Paul.

Basically I have some executives for um, shall we say demanding users. They
don't like it when names pop up that they don't want to see, and names they
think should pop up aren't there. Basically I wanted a way to manually
manage their lists for them, preferably remotely via a plist or something
but I guess that is not possible. Thanks for the answers.
