No.

No. Add them to your Address Book and then they will be permanent members of
the drop-down list that appears when you type a few characters, which is
what should really be concerning you.

Yes. Add it to your Address Book and assign it Junk category.

No.

People obsess too much about the MRU. Just give it a bit of time and it
settles down to contain mostly regular correspondents. Naturally there are
always a few spots (don't know how many) for recent correspondents who you
don't really want. In a short time, if they don't write you and you don't
write them, they will disappear, to be replaced by others. Get used to
typing 4 or more characters (6 is good) and looking at the screen before
pressing Return.

To repeat, the best thing you can do is to add people you want to appear in
the drop-down list to your Address Book. Then they will _always_ appear when
you type the first few characters of a) their first name, or b) last name,
or c) email address, or d) nickname (if any). _That's_ what you actually
deal with - the dropdown list. The dropdown list is not the same thing as
the MRU list, which is not available to you. Add desired people to the
Address Book and they will always appear in the dropdown list. I believe
they have priority too (higher up in the list), but I'm not 100% certain. If
someone undesirable happens to have a higher listing and gets in the way,
add a distinctive (no-conflicting) Nickname field to the contact and type a
few characters of that instead.
