No, it's the UW (Univ. of Washington) IMAP server. It came bundled with "Postfix Enabler", a third-party tool for doing the initial setup of Postfix (mail server) and installation of POP and IMAP servers of OS X (client, not server). Note that while all the various pieces are freeware, Postfix Enabler costs $10 - you're paying for the tool to do the installation / setup work, not for the underlying software.
