I use Entourage on a MacBook Pro all day long, and I don't find the performance a problem. Compared to the performance of Entourage on the PowerBook the MBP replaced, the app is, IMHO, just as fast if not a smidge faster. Launch times are noticeably slower, but I generally have Entourage running all the time and don't see it launching much.
