He is currently using 11.2.4
Yes, our mailboxes were moved some during January 2005.
Exchange Servers are 2003.

Pc info:
Nokia Phone is being sync in PC.
Yes, when using outlook , user is using cache mode.

He has lost all calendar events even when with the latest version of
Entourage. Between 2005 and now he has lost them like 4 times. He is
probably the most active user within our organization. Is it possible
the identity has not been completely upgraded? I had seen those reports
about loosing events , about upgrading and we did. But after that this
happened twice now, any clue?

Thanks a lot,
Victoria

Are these users on the latest version of Entourage (i.e. _at least_
v11.2.1)? Was the user's mailbox moved between back end Exchange servers
while they were using v11.2? There is a known problem with v11.2 that is
listed in the Entourage release notes; see
<http://www.microsoft.com/mac/downloads.aspx?pid=download&location=/mac/
down
load/office2004/Office2004_1130.xml&secid=4&ssid=31&flgnosysreq=True>
and look under the "Exchange Server users" heading.

What version of Exchange is being used?

Are the Entourage users synchronizing other apps/devices to Exchange
through Entourage? Are the users set up with Sync Services in Tiger, and
using that with Entourage v11.2.3 or later? Are any other apps/devices
synchronizing with Exchange separately (i.e. BlackBerry, ActiveSync
clients, etc.)? When on Outlook/Win, are they in cached mode?

Answering those questions may help you find what's in common and perhaps
track down a culprit.
