It sounds like you moved your Identity folder to the trash. It's supposed to
be located here:

Documents/Microsoft User Data: Office 2001 Identities: your identity

If you emptied the trash you are out of luck. If it's still in the trash,
drag the Microsoft User Data folder back to your Documents folder. It will
replace the newly created MUD folder.

If there is any mail in the new MUD folder, you can rename your Identity
(named Main by default) and only add back your original Main Identity rather
than replacing the entire folder. We can walk you through the steps of
merging the two Identities.
