Actually, I looked again and am not sure it is. There's something
that says "Main Identity" there. Is that it? And inside that folder
are things like Database, Mailing Lists, Messages (this one is dated
today at 11:31AM but when I click on it, nothing happens), there's a
Preferences folder, Old Database, etc.

If you emptied the trash you are out of luck. If it's still in the
trash,
drag the Microsoft User Data folder back to your Documents folder.
It will
replace the newly created MUD folder.
If there is any mail in the new MUD folder, you can rename your
Identity
(named Main by default) and only add back your original Main
Identity rather
than replacing the entire folder. We can walk you through the steps of
merging the two Identities.
