Before I do this (because the last time I cleared my font caches Word got stuck on "optimizing font menu performance" and had to be force quit repeatedly), let me ask you a question: Is a font cache problem one that could change my cursor and deactivate a text field when Shift h is pressed? And, is a font cache problem one that would affect Shift h in every font I try in Entourage, but affect the same fonts in no other apps at all?
