Bearing in mind that Shift h works in every other app in this User,
including other Office apps.

Nope!

That's now done, restarted the computer, and it looks like before -- no
custom keyboard shortcuts.

Nope, that's what I mean by "anything like that" -- no QuicKeys, no
TypeIt4Me, no DragThing, no Quicksilver, no Launchbar, no Butler, no Tilery,
no scripts, nothing.
