Or, you can send "Remove Office" (232K) application to her to uninstall
all the Office components without reinstalling the Test Drive version.

This feature should be available on Microsoft's Mac web site.

Laura can't use the Remove Office tool because she can't install Office
2004, which installs the tool.  And she can't use the Test Drive's
version of the tool either, because she trashed it along with the Test
Drive.
That's why I suggested downloading and re-installing the Test Drive (if
it will install, that is).
