More information would be helpful -- what do you intend to do with the document once you have it? Do you need to edit it? Or just keep a visual representation of it? You can A) Drag the email out of Entourage into a file on your desk, which can be opened in its own window, retaining its full formatting *and* all of its hyperlinks; B) Hit Command P to print the email, but instead of clicking Print, click to instead PDF it, which creates a PDF that retains complete formatting (but does not retain live links).
