In Safari if you go to the page you want to send and hit Command/Apple + I
it will put the whole fully formatted (well, mostly) page in an email in
your default email client. I don't know about saving it, but you could
always print it as a PDF which would keep it looking the same. You may have
to select/add a printer with larger/longer paper to get a long web page on
one sheet.
