Are you able to view public folders on the server successfully?  Free/busy
information is usually retrieved from the public folders server.  You can
find your settings for that server in Tools > Accounts / your Exchange
account under the "Advanced" tab.  Some users have found that it works if
they add /public to the end of the public folders server.
