I'm not able to connect to the public folders via Entourage but am
able to do so via OWA. I am using the same url in both cases. I get
an error message from Entourage simply stating that it can't connect
to the public folders. My url string ends with "/Public/" which
apparently works fine with OWA. Any thoughts?

Are you able to view public folders on the server successfully?
Free/busy
information is usually retrieved from the public folders server.
You can
find your settings for that server in Tools > Accounts / your Exchange
account under the "Advanced" tab. Some users have found that it
works if
they add /public to the end of the public folders server.
You can read more tips concerning the public folders server here:

When creating an invitation in Entourage, it is my understanding that
I should be able to see the invitee's calendar when I click on the
"Scheduling" tab. Instead, all I see is gray entries (the default
color for 'No information"). This is also the case even for my
calendar. I checked all of the preferences areas to no avail and all
of the Exchange-related options are selected in my account
preferences (LDAP, etc.)
Any thoughts?
Thanks
